Development Victoria is seeking responses to engage a Design and Construct Contractor for the State Basketball Centre project (Project).
The redevelopment and expansion of the State Basketball Centre at Knox will create a premier basketball facility. It will form an integral part of Victoria’s sporting infrastructure and further cement Melbourne’s standing as one of the leading sporting cities of the world.
The procurement will be conducted via a two stage open tender process with shortlisted bidders invited to complete a detailed RFP submission.
The minimum capability criteria for selection is that bidders must be registered on the Construction Supplier Register with demonstrated capability of managing $45 million plus projects. The selected bidder will be engaged as the Head Contractor under Development Victoria’s D&C Contract.
