Tender Description
This Request for Expressions of Interest ("REOI") is made by the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) for Head Contractor Services for all works associated with the building 4 passive fire compliance works located over 7 floors
The works will be located in the Heart of the UTS City Campus, located in the current CB04 Science building on Harris Street and Thomas street.
Only those companies who have been shortlisted as a result of this Expression of Interest will be invited to respond to the subsequent Closed Request for Tender.
UTS Facilities Management Office (FMO) is responsible for the management of the project and the REOI/RFT process, assisted by the UTS Strategic Procurement department.
The key outcome of this REOI process is to compile a suitable shortlist of Head Contractors to provide the goods and services to the required standard and competitive cost by the milestones contained in this document.
