Yarra Valley Water (YVW) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor/s to provide grounds and minor building maintenance. YVW has a number of treatment plant sites (13) and parcels of land across our network (350) that require continued ground and minor building maintenance. Successful candidate/s will be willing to work collaboratively with YVW. The contractor/s will need to commit to the key objectives of our business; deliver quality, cost efficient and environmentally responsible services to our customers.
This procurement process will firstly involve the calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties in order to identify suitable contractor/s and then inviting those shortlisted contractor/s to tender for the services.
The proposed service commencement date of the Contract is April 2021.
