Tender Description
Deakin intends to commence an Enterprise Information Management Transformation to address a number of operational problems caused by issues and gaps with its current information management capability, underpin its current digital transformation and transform Deakin over a five-year period into a data-driven organisation.
A first stream of activity will be now be undertaken in partnership with a selected partner to deliver the following four components:
1. Executive and Senior Management Alignment
2. High level assessment of Deakin's Information Management maturity
3. Framework for uplifting Deakin's Information Management maturity
4. Five-year roadmap for Deakin's Enterprise Information Management Transformation program.
Deakin is approaching the market with a Request for Information, as a first step in selecting a partner to deliver these components.
