Tender Description
The Department of Housing and Public Works is seeking to establish an external Design Excellence Panel comprising of approximately 20 Suppliers through an EOI process for design professionals to provide expert advice to the Principal at the earliest possible opportunity in the life of a policy or project.
The services described in this EOI fall within the ‘due diligence/ project inception’ and ‘learning’ phases, inclusive but not limited to:
- policy and programming
- feasibility and design brief writing
- post occupancy evaluation
- research
