Tender Description
The City of Newcastle (CN) invites Expressions of Interest from experienced contractors for the provision of environmental management works of the 37-hectare site including capping of the former landfill, reprofiling the site to ensure adequate drainage, civil works and landscaping.
The short-listed successful respondents will be required to enter into formal tender arrangement with CN.
A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on Tuesday 22 September at 10.00 am at 2 Astra Street Shortland, NSW. Attendance shall be limited to two representatives and at the Respondent's expense.
