Tender Description
Bayside City Council has a requirement for the completion of a Mid-Century Modern Heritage Study by a suitably qualified heritage Consultant.
The intent of the study is to identify buildings and precincts (heritage places) from the “mid-century modern” style/era(s) across Bayside (generally between 1940 and 1970) and to document/describe their history and significance, through heritage citations (including statements of significance) through the completion of an overall report/study.
