Tender Description
Metro South Health have four (4) projects to be delivered at Queen Elizabeth II (QEII) Jubilee Hospital to replace the following existing equipment:
- Ground Floor/Level 1 (ground floor and level 1 is interchangeable) Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Mechanical Services Switchboard (MSSB) Replacement and Associated Works;
- Level 3 & 6 MSSB’s and Toilet Exhaust Fans Replacement;
- Chillers, Cooling Tower, Condenser Pumps and associated MSSB Replacement; and
- Lift Modernisation.
