Tender Description
Isaac Regional Council requires maintenance services for a total of three (3) roadside rest areas within the Isaac Region. The works are to be carried out on rest areas owned by the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), under the Road Maintenance and Performance Contract (RMPC).
The servicing of each rest area is to be offered in separate packages. Tenderers are invited to tender for one or multiple packages. Each package will stand independently of other packages. Council may award more than one package to individual tenderers. Works on all packages is expected to conclude by 31 October 2022 (plus a one (1) year option to extend to 31 October 2023 subject to agreement by both parties).
