Tender Description
The purpose of this invitation is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Contractor to undertake the demolition and remediation works associated with the Boiler House demolition and remediation, in accordance with all obligations of the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (SA) and the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012 (SA) or any other legislation in other States and Territories of Australia addressing work health and safety which applies to the work under the Contract.
