Provision of a $45 Million Loan

⁠⁠⁠The Greater Geelong City Council (Council) seeks to borrow $45 million from recognised financial institutions consisting of the following loan terms:              

•  $41m ten year term fixed interest repayments; and
•  $4m ten year term with principal and fixed interest repayments.

TIMELINE:

Tender Released:     Saturday 5 September 2020

Tenders Close:     2.00 pm, Tuesday 15 September 2020

Acceptance of Offer:     16 September 2020

Drawdown Date:    18 Septmeber 2020 (or otherwise by mutual agreement)
