Tender Description
Melton City Council is seeking tenders for the performance of work under an agreement (which in the remainder of this document is referred to as “the Contract”).
Melton City Council is seeking quotations for the design services of the BR3 Sinclairs Road Bridge Kororoit Creek at Deanside.
Tenderers should ensure that they read the Contract fully to ascertain the nature of the work to be performed and the terms on which it is to be performed, as the agreement will be evidenced solely by the Contract.
There will be a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant appointed under this Tender.
