Tender Description
GWMWater invites tenders for the design, supply and construction of Willaura Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Dissolve Air Floatation (DAF) Pre-treatment Facility.
The works include:
> Design and construction of Turn-Key Skid-Mounted 316SS DAF Plant to fit the available footprint.
> Electrical, instrumentation, PLC and SCADA programming works required to control the DAF plant and integrate it into the existing Willaura WTP process.
> Isolation and recovery of existing soda ash dosing system.
> Connection of the new DAF process to the existing Willaura WTP raw water feed.
> Conversion of the existing soda ash dosing system to feed directly into the new DAF flocculation tanks.
> Supply of 1000 litre ground fillable stainless steel soda ash hopper to be fitted above the soda ash dosing system.
> Any other works necessary for the satisfactory operation of the DAF plant in accordance with the specification.
Please note the successful contractor will be required to produce a COVIDSafe Plan prior to commencing works.
