Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the new building works to Trinity College Colac, corner Hart Street and Pound Road, Colac. The works shall comprise partial demolition and alterations / additions to the existing Tuck Centre + Mercy Wing for the construction of additional learning facilities incorporating Learning Areas / Spaces, Wellbeing Centre, Locker Areas, Amenities and associated site works (approx. 900m2).
Registrations are limited to two A4 pages and shall be received at the following address prior to 2.00 pm on Monday 7th September 2020 (from which, a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
