Tender Description
The estimating services required will vary from class 5 to class 1 turnkey estimates for complete project delivery for High Voltage (HV) projects 110kV, 132kV, 275kV and 330kV. Technical estimate deliverables will include but are not limited to the estimating of design and construction for the following;
- Primary HV substation systems
- Secondary HV substation systems
- Telecommunication, SCADA, digital systems,
- HV Transmission Lines (installation, refurbishment and decommissioning),
- Civil works (foundations, site),
- Land acquisition requirements, and
- Commissioning and testing all of HV project items, costs and associated costs.
Additional to the project bases of estimate will be the requirement for creating a project specific costed deterministic risk assessment aligned with the class of estimate.
