Expression of Interest - Project Poly - Long Day Care

⁠⁠⁠Cumberland City Council is seeking “Expression of Interest” (EOI) from parties to either:

1. Manage the Long Day Care Business or
2. Purchase the Long Day Care Business

Under the Management option, Council will continue to promote the centre in our community news and provide any literature or training materials relevant to the operation of the centre.

Under the Purchase option, Council will remain the owner of the Land and Buildings.

It is Councils intention and commitment to offer the successful party or parties first rights review to OOSH or Family Day Care Businesses and offer the successful party or parties first offer on any new business opportunities that arise.

Companies will be required to respond to the below points in their submission and complete all criteria in the Returnable Schedule.

• Provide an indicative financial offer under either scenario;
• Provide suitable responses to key criteria;
• Provide information demonstrating capability;
• Provide a commitment for staff and quality standards;
• Provide a brief history of your organisation, milestones and expansion;
• Recommendation of the best use to be carried out on Site, which will lead to economic viability in the future and high levels of community and local engagement.

Respondent will be required to agree and confirm the 'Confidentiality & Conflict of Interest' and address Compliance Criteria prior to viewing documents.

The Pre Qualification Form will only be available for 21 days from date of publishing
