Expression of Interest are invited from registered commercial building companies for the new building works to St Patrick's Primary School , 20 Queen Street,Koroit.
The works shall comprise partial demolition and construction of a new Administration Centre including demolition works, new Reception Area/Foyer, Adminstration Offices/ Meeting Areas, Staff Facilities/Amenities and associated site works (approx. 385m2).
Registrtaions are limited to two A4 pages and shall be received at the following address prior to 2pm on Friday 4th of September 2020 (from which a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
