Tender Description
The City of Greater Dandenong (the “Principal”) invites tenders for: Wal Turner Reserve – Upgrade Cricket Nets (the “Project”) as detailed in the Tender Documents.
The extent of works covered in this specification relating to the supply, installation, and reconstruction of the
netball courts at Dalyston Recreation Reserve and includes the following:
- Construction preliminaries
- Identification & proofing of all existing underground services
- Demolition of existing cricket practice nets and associated elements
- Storm water drainage infrastructure including:
- Construction of retaining walls
- Construction of concrete pavement
- Construction of pitch roof cricket practice net cage
- Installation of synthetic grass carpets
- Site Reinstatement
- Production of maintenance and operation manuals
- Production of as-built drawings
