Tender Description
The Principal is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the construction of Weeip Park Stage Two. Weeip Park is a new Public Open Space (POS) constructed within the Midland Oval site. The Stage Two works will comprise of construction of a play space, finalisation of the POS through additional landscaping works, public art installations and construction of new toilet facility.
This work is being done as part of the New Junction Development, which is to create a new town centre that will attract people to live, work and invest in Midland.
