Tender Description
The City of Melville (Client), is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to provide concept design options for the purposes of preparing a Business Case for refurbishment works to two existing libraries, both situated within the Perth metropolitan area, namely: Civic Square Library and Willagee Library.
Civic Square Library is situated at: 10A Almondbury Road BOORAGOON WA 6154. Willagee Library is situated at: 2/41 Winnacott Street WILLAGEE WA 6156
The concept design shall address factors such as: functionality that reflects current method of library operations and intrinsically capable of incorporating improvements to egress, disability access and inclusion. The Consultant is required to provide labour; intellectual property; equipment including the use of computer programs, such as but not limited to drafting and 3D perspectives; materials which may include sample boards; supervision; administration and research and pay all fees and charges and other disbursements necessary to carry out the services and meet deliverables required under the proposed Contract.
