The Forest Products Commission is seeking offers to join the Panel of Buyers for uncommitted sandalwood that was originally established under RFP1/2018. Successful applicants will be appointed to the panel, which is stage 1 of a two stage process. Stage 2 of the process involves Panel Members being invited to respond to a Request for Quote process from time to time, in which parcels of sandalwood will be made available on a competitive basis. Contracts awarded for appointment to the Panel will initially expire on 31 December 2020, but the Commission may extend successful respondent's contracts for periods up to 31 December 2022.

To apply to join the panel, interested parties must submit a proposal as outlined in the Request documents. Applications may be submitted immediately, so should not be delayed until the closing time identified .
