Tender Description
Healthy North Coast (HNC) trading as North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN) is one of 31 Primary Health Networks established throughout Australia in 2015. We work alongside community members and health professionals to improve access to well-coordinated quality health care. Our aim is to work together to transform the health care system and reduce health inequities.
HNC is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers to provide Suicide Aftercare Services in Bellingen and Kempsey Shires.
