Tender Description
The EOI is intended for prospective suppliers to submit rates for pre-qualification and registration for inclusion on Kingborough Council’s Plant Hire and Materials Multiple Use Register (MUR).
The MUR is not initially intended to establish an immediate contract, but to pre-qualify respondents as approved suppliers for either of the above-stated purposes
The MUR includes the following items:
Construction Materials comprising:
• Single Sized Aggregate
• Road Base Class 1
• Road Base Class 2
• Road Sub-Base Class 3
• Road Sub-Base Class 4
• Red Gravel
• Spalls
• Crusher Dust
• Soft Fall Bark (Certified)
• Soft Fall Sand (Certified)
• Loam or Top Soil
• Gum Bark Mulch
Plant Hire (with or without operator) comprising:
• Tipper Trucks (typically 2m3 to 8m3)
• Trucks with Trailer
• Water Trucks
• Vacuum and Pump Trucks
• Excavators (typically 1T to 30T), including Attachments
• Graders
• Backhoes
• Loaders
• Rollers
• Drain and Pipe Inspection and Cleaning Equipment
• Elevated Work Platforms
• Scissor Lifts
• Miscellaneous construction Plant and Equipment
Respondents are welcome to offer additional relevant items that they consider may be required by Council.
Respondents can include one or both categories and multiple items within those categories.
