Tender Description
LGA Procurement on behalf of the Coorong District Council invites tenders for the provision, installation, and support of a common Local Government Business System (“LGIBS”) to assist in achieving the system, process and target objectives mentioned above. The council seeks an integrated system including Finance (FIN), HR/Payroll (HRP), Land Information (LIS), Customer Request Management (CRM), Asset Management System (ASM), and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) as well as ongoing support for the installed LGIBS system including providing software version updates and a Helpdesk service (the “LGIBS Services”).
