Workers Compensation Insurance

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from authorised WorkSafe agents for the provision of Workers Compensation Insurance for an Initial Contract Term of one (1) year.

Council is calling for Tenders from authorised WorkSafe Agents to provide workers compensation and related services including, but not limited to, claims and injury management, early intervention and reduction of workplace injuries, improving work health safety, reducing claims costs, premium reduction and management.

It is a prerequisite that tenderers are agents authorised by WorkSafe Victoria.

Please sign Attachment A - Deed Poll and email to procurement@stonnington.vic.gov.au in order to obtain a copy of Council's claims data.

The Deed Poll will be reviewed and if approved, the claims data will be released to authorised agents of WorkSafe Victoria to assist in preparing a premium offer.

A signed Deed Poll will be necessary in order to obtain access to data.

NOTE: The online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
