Council invites tenders for the Pavement Stabilisation Programme 2020-21. The works involve major patching activities to sealed roads, comprising mixing of cement and/or lime into the road pavement, importation and blending in of additional pavement material in some cases, re-compacting, trimming to shape, and application of a double/double 7mm emulsion seal coat wearing course.
