Tender Description
The goods to be provided and works to be performed under this package generally comprise fabrication of the following main items:
• Supply and fabrication 6no Wharf Modules (B2A_WS01, B2A_WS02, B2A_WS03, B2A_WS04, B2A_WS05 and B2A_WS06)
• Supply and fabrication of BL2 roadway structure
• Supply and fabrication of B2A_J02 Topside Module
• Supply and fabrication of Wharf Bridge elements
• Assembly of the Wharf Modules including precast
• Supply and fabrication 3no Wharf Jackets (B2A_J02, B2A_J03 and B2A_J07)
• Supply and fabrication of 6no Dog-Bones (B2A_DBN01, B2A_DBN02, B2A_DBN03, B2A_DBN04, B2A_DBN05 and B2A_DBN06) including 3no longitudinal struts
• Supply and fabrication of 8no Footbridges (B2A_FB01, B2A_FB02, B2A_FB03, B2A_FB04, B2A_FB05, B2A_FB06, B2A_FB07 and B2A_FB08)
• Supply and fabrication of 9no 58P Conveyor Galleries (CV58P_GAL01, CV58P_GAL02, CV58P_GAL03, CV58P_GAL04,
CV58P_GAL05, CV58P_GAL06, CV58P_GAL07, CV58P_GAL08, CV58P_GAL09)
• Supply and fabrication of 8no Gallery Supports (CV58P_GALS01, CV58P_GALS02, CV58P_GALS03, CV58P_GALS04, CV58P_GALS05, CV58P_GALS06, CV58P_GALS07, CV58P_GALS08)
• Supply and fabrication of 2no CV57CP Gallery (CV57CP_GAL11, CV57CP_GAL12)
• Supply and fabrication of 2no CV57CP Gallery Support (CV57CP_GALS07, CV57CP_GALS08)
• Supply and fabrication of 2no Transfer Towers (TT8A – incorporating J2 topside module, TT8B
• Mechanical and Electrical installation attached to structures Including:
o electrical cable tray and its supports,
o pipe supports and fabricated manifolds
• Supply and fabrication of temporary works
