Te Kuiti Pedestrian Railway Overbridge Replacement

⁠⁠⁠Waitomo District Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Te Kuiti Pedestrian Railway Overbridge Replacement as per the Specifications contained in the documents to download.

ENQUIRIES: Any questions in relation to the Tender Documents must be submitted in writing to Principal's Nominated Person, Bevan White email: bevan.white@calibregroup.com. Final date for enquiries is 03 September 2020.

HARD COPY TENDER SUBMISSION: Electronic tenders will not be accepted. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure their tender submission is deposited into the tenders box at Waitomo District Council's office at Queen Street, Te Kuiti 3910 by the specified closing time. Only submissions received via the tenders box will be accepted, any other means i.e. fax or email will be returned to the submitter.

For each part of the Tender separated into Envelope 1 (Non-Price) and Envelope 2 (Price) each part shall be submitted as one bound and signed original paper copy and one further loose-leaf paper copy, plus separate electronic copies of the respective price and non-price content (as single .doc documents on CD, DVD or USB memory stick). In the event of any discrepancy, the original paper copies shall prevail.
