Tender Description
STL has two current preferred supplier legal agency panels in place and current contracts are due to expire mid October 2020. By this Request for Tender we are inviting you to participate in this Tender Process, and it is expected that a minimum of seven (7) legal firms will be selected to form part of STL’s corporate and/or client legal services panel for a period of three (3) years, with options to extend for a further two (2) times one (1) years.
The Work to be performed under Contract with State Trustees are:
- Legal Services – Corporate; and/or
- Legal Services – Client
Note: The Tenderer is welcome to submit a Tender Submission for all of the services listed in Legal Services – Corporate and Legal Services – Client, or a subset of either or both of the categories of legal services.
