Cohuna All Abilities Adeventure Playground

Gannawarra Shire Council is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced practitioners to express their interest for the design of an All Abilities Adventure Playground. Council was successful in securing $1.7 million in funding from the Victoria State Governments RRV Infrastructure Stimulus 2020 grants program.

The Adventure Playground forms part of the overall CBD, Garden Park and Apex Park works with a total value of $3.4 million.

The design will involve an assessment of the current facilities, space and infrastructure within the area. The proposed playground will be located in Apex Park Cohuna adjacent the Gunbower Creek. Council is currently constructing a new BBQ shelter and Skate Park in the vicinity, the design of the playground must integrate into these elements.

Applicants must supply a brief on previous experience as well as a costed to complete the works contained within this brief and indicate how the playground will integrate with existing design elements and facilities in Apex Park Cohuna.
