Council will be seeking contractors to submit their expressions of interest for construction of Stage 1 of the Echuca East Community Precinct – Community Centre, Playground and Carpark. After receiving expressions of interest Council will evaluate the respondents against the selection criteria and select the 5 most suitable contractors for a selective tender process.

Only those who lodge an Expression of Interest will be eligible for assessment and if successful placed in the running for the selective Tender Process

Contractors should also note that the Expression of Interest relates only to Stage 1 – Community Centre, Playground and Carpark. Works to be completed for construction of the remaining aspects will be completed by either an open tender process or further expression of interest/selective tender process.
