Industrial land for sale

⁠⁠⁠In an effort to stimulate development and create employment opportunities, Edward River Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the purchase and development of industrial zoned land on the Saleyards Road in Deniliquin.

Interim General Manager John Rayner said Council was focused on supporting business expansion as part of their Strategic Plan and hoped the sale of four lots, specifically purchased in 2012 for development would create employment.

“The lots are fully serviced and fenced ranging in size from 5,184 sqm to 5,543 sqm.” Mr. Rayner said.

EOIs will be assessed against the following criteria:

• Price;

• Proposed development; and

• Development experience and capacity to deliver.

EOI close at 3.00pm on Friday, 28 August 2020.
