Expressions of Interest - External Project Manager

⁠⁠⁠Oberon Council is calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations to project manage the design and consultation of the Oberon Community Hub.

Project Description
Council has been successful in securing funding for the design and consultation of the Oberon Community Hub which is a project of $3,000,000

This project is being funded by Oberon Council, the NSW State Government and NSW State Library.
Project Timeline: This consult and design phase of the Community Hub project is due to commence on 15 September 2020 and must be completed by 15 December 2020.

Delivery Options: Council is open to delivery options which may include the project manager working on a contract basis. The project manager may choose to work from Council’s Administration Building for the period of the contract. The EOI is also open to a project management organisation.

Selection Criteria: The Project Manager will be chosen on the basis of:
• Value for Money, cost to deliver project management
• Ability to deliver the projects, previous project management experience and skill level
• Availability to deliver projects within the tight project timelines.
Experience in delivering projects particularly during the design and consultation phase of a building development of this nature that have been grant funded would be highly regarded.

Project managers who are based in Oberon and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
