ABOUT CAMPBELLTOWN

The City is home to more than 160,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.
Our location on the F5 provides residents and visitors with easy access to the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Residents enjoy this proximity while valuing the natural environment surrounding the city, including the Georges River, Scenic Hills, extensive bushland and rural lands.
Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council is seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified consultant to undertake the detailed design and construction of a new pump track and associated landscape works at the Leumeah Youth Precinct within Hollylea Reserve, Hollylea Road, Leumeah.

SITE INSPECTION
Come along to our site inspection at 10am on Wednesday 12 August 2020 at the Leumeah Youth Precinct within Hollylea Reserve, Hollylea Road, Leumeah. Please contact Leah Dickson on 4645 4925 or email tenders@campbelltown.nsw.gov.au to register. All attendees must register their attendance. Due to Covid-19, it is requested that only one representative from each Tendering organisation attends the site inspection, and maintains social distancing while on site.
