Tender Description
The works includes the re-construction of the oval surface along with associated drainage, irrigation and the establishment of the grassed surface. The contract also requires the successful tenderer to undertake 12 weeks of maintenance of the grassed area which will include spreading of fertiliser, watering, mowing and the suppression of weeds.
Contractors should be aware that Council is calling for tenders for the refurbishment of 4 ovals simultaneously. Contractors may tender for one or more of these ovals. Contractors will need to acquaint themselves with the strict restrictions regarding the required dates for grass establishment before committing to multiple contracts simultaneously.
