City of Ballarat is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and companies to provide a reliable, creative and experienced Principal Design Consultant (Architect) who will be responsible for the engagement and management of the Project design/consultant team to deliver the Project as detailed.
The Wendouree West Community Hub and Sporting Pavilion along with a new Men’s Shed / ReCranked Youth Shed (Project) is to deliver a new integrated community hub, community and recreation facilities along with supporting infrastructure for community groups within Wendouree and surrounding neighbourhoods.
