Tender Description
Supply and Installation of materials for roof replacements. The Service Provider must complete roof replacements to approximately 20 residential houses situated in Wickham.
Including but not limited to the following:
- Relocation of services (e.g. antennas);
- Set up of required work platforms and full perimeter scaffolding;
- Fencing off the designated work area / site;
- Removal of existing roof sheeting and disposal or recycling (if possible);
- Note that ACM is present and must be removed in line with relevant requirements;
- Structural strengthening of existing battens and trusses and potential external tie down of trusses to the slab (where required);
- Replacement of foil insulation or similar;
- Replacement of roof sheeting in a cyclonic region with colorbond or similar sheeting, including all flashings, fascia, barge, ridge capping etc.;
- Potential for some minor refurbishment works including external painting; and
- Relevant logistics, lay downs and procurement of all materials.
