Audiovisual Services - CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park

⁠⁠⁠Melbourne & Olympic Parks Trust (M&OP) invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from audio visual service providers to provide equipment, audio visual installation and services for CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park, M&OP’s new venue, which is currently under construction, set for completion in July 2021.

This is to provide services to potential clients and to operate events:

All year round within CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park
This contract excludes the Australian Open. All equipment must be removed from the venue during the handover dates each year, and can be reinstalled 5 days post the men’s final once the venue has been handed back to M&OP.

The Rigging Services EOI will be released concurrently with this EOI. If your company can provide both services, there will be an option to submit a combined offer as part of the next stage of the tender process in the event that your organisation is successfully shortlisted. To be considered for both services, your organisation should respond to both the Rigging and Audio Visual EOI’s in this initial stage.
