Lara Lakelands - Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) Consultant Services

The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake WSUD consultancy services required for the construction of a wetland at Lara Lakelands.

Non-Mandatory Site Briefing:

Please be advised that the City will conduct a non-mandatory site briefing session at the Lara Lakelands located at 45-63 Lara Boulevard, Lara, VIC, 3212 at 10:30am, Wednesday 5 August 2020. Please see information in tender documentation provided with this tender concerning COVID-19 requirements when attending site briefings (including mandatory RSVP, personal protective equipment and attendance limits).

City representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the project and the tender process.

Draft Contract:

Your organisation must review the Contract Terms & Conditions issued with this tender (refer to draft contract issued as part of the tender documentation), as per eProcure Response Schedule 'Compliance and Conformance' section and submit any non-conformances at time of tender submission.

Responses:

All submissions are to be provided online as an electronic response through this portal, with documentation supporting responses added where necessary. The tenderer must complete and submit their response by completing the questions listed within the eProcure Response Schedule (including submitting any documents requested).
