Horizons Regional Council is seeking to understand greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with its activities and how they might be reduced over time. We are seeking a supplier experienced in undertaking corporate GHG inventories and proposing options for emission reduction with a view to establishing corporate emissions targets.
