Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking to establish standing offer arrangements with one or more suppliers for each of the following service categories:

  • Category 4 First Aid
  • Category 5 Risk Management
  • Category 6 Infrastructure/Equipment/Furniture
  • Category 7 Rigging of Christmas Tree Lights
  • Category 8 Generators and Temporary Power
  • Category 9 Lighting Towers
  • Category 10 Temporary Fencing
  • Category 11 Road Barriers
  • Category 12 Audio and Lighting
  • Category 13 Portable Staging
  • Category 14 Vision and Outdoor Screens
  • Category 15 Event Traffic Management
  • Category 16 Pyrotechnics, Laser, Light or Drone Displays
