Council is seeking to establish standing offer arrangements with one or more suppliers for each of the following service categories:
- Category 1 Portable Toilets
- Category 2 Security
- Category 3 Cleaning and Waste
- Category 4 First Aid
- Category 5 Risk Management
- Category 6 Infrastructure/Equipment/Furniture
- Category 7 Rigging of Christmas Tree Lights
- Category 8 Generators and Temporary Power
- Category 9 Lighting Towers
- Category 10 Temporary Fencing
- Category 11 Road Barriers
- Category 12 Audio and Lighting
- Category 13 Portable Staging
- Category 14 Vision and Outdoor Screens
- Category 15 Event Traffic Management
- Category 16 Pyrotechnics, Laser, Light or Drone Displays
