Parade community and cultural groups EOI

⁠⁠⁠City of Melbourne is planning for the return of the Moomba Festival to Alexandra Gardens and Birrarung Marr from 5 to 8 March 2021. The Parade is currently scheduled to take place on the Labour Day public holiday; Monday 8 March 2021.

Whilst the final arrangements for the 2021 Moomba Festival and Parade are to be confirmed, we are proceeding with planning and are currently inviting community and cultural groups to submit an expression of interest to perform in the 2021 Moomba Festival Parade.

The information being requested in this EOI is based on the Moomba Festival Parade taking place as per previous years. If changes to the delivery model of the parade are required due to the COVID-19 pandemic (including the implementation of any associated restrictions), information will be communicated to all interested parties as soon as possible.
