Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the refurbishment of the changeroom facilities located at Watsonia Swimming Pool, located at 20 Liat Way, Greensborough VIC 3088.
The scope of works is generally as depicted in the attached documentation and includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:
- Demolition works
- Refurbishment to the existing male and female changerooms
- Refurbishment to the existing staff changerooms
- Refurbishment to the existing disable toilets
- Rectification of the existing deteriorated flooring (tender option)
- Arrange inspections for Building Surveyor (Building Permit to be arranged by BCC prior to works commencing)
- Site clean-up
The contractor is to note that the scope of the works includes the identification, investigation, removal and safe disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM).
