Defence is seeking a supplier to undertake a design thinking proof of concept project to test if a blockchain solution can operationalise the Defence ICT Supply Chain Risk Management Framework from a product provenance perspective in the environment of two use cases.

The project will involve four main phases.

A Discovery phase will seek to define the problem, understand the context and research the users.
An Explore phase will explore ideas and prioritise the best fit to an agreed criteria.
A Design phase will build a prototype and test the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with the end user
A Deliver phase will develop a plan to handover the prototype into the operational environment.
