Mechanical Maintenance and Servicing Tender

⁠⁠⁠Phillip Island is a major tourist destination located in Western Port, 120 kilometres south east of Melbourne and receives approximately 3.5 million visitors annually including over 1 million who visit the Nature Parks attractions.

Phillip Island Nature Parks (the Nature Parks) was established in 1996 and is a Committee (or Board) of Management appointed by the Victorian Government. The Nature Parks is a self-funded, not for profit organisation that manages 1,925 hectares of Crown Land on Phillip Island, including areas with significant environmental values, such as habitat for Little Penguins, Short-tailed Shearwaters and Hooded Plovers.

The Nature Parks four main attractions are the world-famous Penguin Parade, the Koala Conservation Reserve, Churchill Island Heritage Farm and the Nobbies Centre. The Nature Parks also manages additional infrastructure, including admin buildings at each of the above-mentioned sites and in Cowes.

The Nature Parks is seeking to appoint an air conditioning heating and mechanical contractor to provide preventative maintenance and breakdown services in line with the respective engineering specifications. The successful tenderer will enter into a contract with the Nature Parks for a three-year period with two, one year options to extend the contract at the Nature Parks discretion.
