World Vision Australia / Consolidated Printing & Mailhouse Services RFT

⁠⁠⁠Procurement Australia, on behalf of World Vision Australia invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified companies for the above-mentioned contract that will fulfil World Vision Australia's requirements. This is an opportunity to partner with a sector-leading humanitarian aid organisation and contribute to life-changing impact for the world's most vulnerable children.

This tender is seeking market offerings from respondents who have the capability and expertise for provision and delivery of the consolidated service requirements below that include but are not limited to the following:

- Printing Requirements
A range of print materials including personalised & generic collateral

- Mailhouse Services
Mail processing and lodgement of one off and ongoing campaigns

- Automated Supporter Communication Services
Process and technology capability to provide multi-channel automated journeys

- Stock management (inc Online Ordering Portal)

Storage of pre-printed campaign material for use as and when required and the build and management of an integrated system for the management and ordering of regular items

Interested respondents must have the capability to provide the entire requirements via an integrated service solution. Tenders are not sought for individual service elements and if received will not be considered.

Parties understand that by paying the fee there is no "contract" in place in regards to the RFT. The RFT contract only becomes effective when participants submit a compliant response.

The Confidentiality Deed is to be completed and submitted together with the tender submission.
