Tender Description
This Request for Tender is for RFT 20-08 Chinatown Revitalisation Project Stage 2 (CRP2), an urban renewal project for the Chinatown Precinct of Broome.
CRP2 will continue the construction and activation works delivered as part of Chinatown Revitalisation Stage One.
CRP2 initiative aims to boost economic activity by transforming underused areas of Broome's Central Business District and converting them into thriving, vibrant places through investment in public realm projects.
The scope of works for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- · Demolition works;
- · Bulk earthworks;
- · Reconstruction of road pavement;
- · Upgrade of services through the areas, including hydraulic, power and lighting;
- · Upgrade of amenities including shade structures, seating, and activation of urban landscape;
- · Installation of reticulation and all earthworks preparation for planting (planting to be completed by others);
- · Installation of Public Art; and
- · All temporary works, ancillary works and project management and supervision as necessary to complete the project
