Scope of Work
Supply and Installation of Coolrooms at Yandicoogina and West Angelas warehouses to both Rio Tinto and Australian Standards.
Including but not limited to the following:
- Demolition and removal of old amenities;
- Supply and installation of fridge panel walls and ceilings to create coolroom, including structural requirements;
- Supply and Installation of required doors, windows and quick doors;
- Supply and installation of required cabinetry;
- All electrical (power, lighting, etc.), data and air conditioning work to suit new installation;
- Reinstallation of barricading; and
- Painting of floors.
