Rangehood Servicing

⁠⁠⁠Scope of Work

The servicing of commercial rangehood systems onsite at McArthur River Mine and Bing Bong Port Facility
quarterly.

The package of work includes:

•  Duct cleaning
•  Filter change-outs (provision of exchange filters)
•  Extraction system cleans
•  Condition reporting

Minimum SOW Requirements

•  Working at heights accreditation with minimum of 2-year refreshers
•  All insurances as required by Glencore procurement process
•  Must provide details of a Safety Management system and records of previous safety performance such as LTIFR and RIFR
•  References from similar sites (mine sites)

Note: Should you successfully progress post EOI, you will be required to supply/address the
following:

•  ASIC Company Extract
•  Due diligence questions addressing Lawful business practices, Health and Safety, Human Rights,

Environment

•  Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Delivery / Supply Schedule

•  Quarterly servicing in line with MRM/Bing Bong schedules.
•  Provision of annual schedule (calendar of visits)
