Tender Description
The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) seeks to engage suitably qualified specialists with expertise in the development of evidence based physical and physiological employment standards for physically demanding jobs.
The engagement will require:
- Review of the department’s current suite of fitness tests to confirm appropriateness
- Development of evidence based physical and physiological aptitude tests and standards
- Development of communication material to support the testing processes
